1: Which payment methods can I use ?
You can use a credit card or debit card. We accept cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo, these are processed by our payment provider CCBill. At the bottom of the payment form, you can tick a box to create your CCBill Pay account, this allows you to use different payment methods that do not require a card. The payment methods available depend on the country you live in, and include DirectPay EU, Giropay, SEPA and iDeal.

3: How do I search for my favourite model ?
Use our Model Search. Select the name of your favourite model from the dropdown box and site will display all the videos that they appear in.
4: What size and format are your video files ?
All videos on the Fetisheyes site are High Definition. The file size varies but the average is around 600mb, they are industry standard MPEG4 (mp4) video format, and will play on a wide range of devices.
5: How do the site payments work ?
On this site 'Fetisheyes', you only pay for what you want to download. Each video is charged separately with a one-time payment and there are no recurring payments. On the Fetish Archives site, you pay a recurring monthly membership fee and while you are a member, you can view all the content that is in the archives.
6: Why have I not received my order confirmation email from Fetisheyes ?
Automated order messages can get incorrectly labelled as spam by certain mail servers. If you order a video, and you do not receive your order confirmation email from Fetisheyes within a short time (say 20 minutes), you should check your incoming 'Spam' or 'Junk' mail boxes to see if it's there. Gmail addresses often cause problems and the emails can get marked as junk or delayed for a long time. In Gmail, you can click on the email from us in your spam mailbox and then click the 'Not Spam' button. If you have just ordered from us, you can also
resend your order email.
